DenTech Industrial is a full-service industrial systems integrator, delivering turnkey solutions designed to keep your facility running at peak efficiency.
We offer a broad range of capabilities, including industrial air filtration, process solutions, and automation. We manage projects from start to finish with in-house trades to design, build, pre-assemble, and test complex systems before they’re shipped to a customer’s facility.

DenTech is headquartered in Denver, PA. Many of our customers are in the Mid-Atlantic region, but we deliver industrial solutions across the U.S. (and sometimes beyond).

Meet our leadership team
Steve Rapp
President and CEO
Steve has worked at DenTech for 27 years. He started with an electrical and mechanical background. Over the years, he grew into personnel and project management.
As President and CEO, Steve leads the vision for DenTech’s future so that we can keep serving industrial customers with best-in-class solutions. He’s proud of building a wonderful team that continues to grow in skills and expertise.
Jon Fry
Chief Financial Officer
Jon has worked at DenTech for 6 years, leading financials and strategy for the company. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and member of Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
Jon is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and has a BS in accounting from Grove City College. He has won awards for Central Penn Business Journal Forty Under 40 and PICPA Young Leader.
Jeff Fonock
Chief Operations Officer
Jeff has worked at DenTech for 12 years. His experience spans operations, safety, and human resources.
Jeff is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and DenTech’s representative for the Northern Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce. Jeff works closely with the current staff as well as candidates looking to join the team. His favorite aspects of our business are a healthy company culture and a workforce that puts care into their craft. He contributes to that culture and has a positive impact on people.
Matt Honkala
Vice President
Matt has worked at DenTech for 6 years. Matt started as our controller and grew into a senior leadership role. He’s a vital part of business planning and strategy development for DenTech’s growth.
Matt has a BS in Engineering/Industrial Management from Grove City College.
Mike Zook
Vice President, Sales
Mike has worked at DenTech for over 30 years. He started his career in the field, working as an installer, welder, and rigger. He advanced into sales and leadership roles, where he specializes in the design and sale of turnkey dust collection systems. Mike loves the work he does. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to deliver practical, safety-focused solutions for our clients.
Mike studied manufacturing technology at California University of Pennsylvania and has continued his professional development through specialized coursework. He recently completed the Certified Dust Safety Professional (CDSP) program to enhance his expertise in combustible dust hazards and safety best practices.
Ben Lustig
Vice President, Automation & Robotics
Ben has worked at DenTech for 3 years, leading the automation and robotics department. He manages a team of automation designers, system programmers, and electrical experts to deliver automation solutions from concept through installation.
Ben has decades of experience in consumer products and packaged goods. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BS in Chemical Engineering.

Employee Spotlight

Eddie has worked in the DenTech fabrication shop for 11 years. What he enjoys the most about working at DenTech is the people.
Before Eddie started at DenTech, he was at a job that did repetitive work. Learning a trade intrigued him because there’s room for advancement and perfecting the craft. Working at DenTech allows him to challenge himself and think outside the box.
Eddie typically works on process piping, sanitary tubing, and fabrication. He enjoys building things, whether it’s a polished stainless steel pipe skid or a carbon steel frame. Ultimately, seeing the finished product is his favorite part of fabrication and welding.
Culture and Events
Annual Car & Bike Show
DenTech hosts an annual car & bike show at the IronSpire Complex with food trucks, music, and raffles. We partner with local businesses to raise money for volunteer fire departments and a scholarship fund for Cocalico High School students.
Student visits
Groups from local high schools, trade schools, and colleges visit DenTech throughout the year to learn about career opportunities. They tour our facilities to see the work we do in mechanical design, fabrication, machining, and automation.
Annual company picnic
We have a picnic every spring for our employees and their families to spend time together at a fun, social event. There’s plenty of local food, a cornhole tournament, and activities for kids.
